Procedure for providing the administrative service/issue of the individual administrative decision, requirements and necessary documents:

Ordinance No.11 of 3 July 2001 on the movement of oversized and/or heavy road vehicles.

Applying for the Service

At the Registry of the Road Infrastructure Agency and/or the respective Regional Road Administration.

Validity of the document/the individual administrative decision:

     30 days

Charges or prices, basis for their determination and payment terms

The service shall be charged a fixed rate, depending on its type:

     For 5 (five) business days - 70 BGN

     For 3 (three) business days - BGN 140

     For 1 (one) business day - BGN 210

and the Tariff for the charges, collected by the Road Infrastructure Agency.

The following payment options shall be available for the service:

     At a paydesk in an administrative unit for cash services

     Bank transfer

Rules and regulations, governing the service provision, including time limits for appealing the actions of the service provider:
