     The Road Act - Art. 18, Para. 1, in connection to Art. 26, Para. 3

     Ordinance on Special Road Use - Art. 18; Art. 19

Authority, providing the administrative service / issuing the individual administrative decision:

     The Managing Board of the Road Infrastructure Agency or its authorized official representative.

The Road Infrastructure Agency and the Regional Road Administrations - address, e-mail address, contact information, telephone numbers and working time - the data of the Central Administration and all Regional Road Administrations are specified in the end.

Rules and regulations, governing the service provision, including time limits for appealing the actions of the service provider:

     The actions of the service provider may be appealed before the Administrative Court within 14 days of serving the respective decision.
