The Opened Price Offers for the Construction of 16 km of Hemus Motorway from Belokopitovo Road Junction to Targovishte are 4
The opened price offers for elaboration of detailed design and construction of 16,3 km of Hemus motorway – the section between Belokopitovo and Buhovtsi road junctions in direction to Targovishte, are 4. The construction of the motorway section will be funded by the state budget. The indicative value of the public procurement is in the amount of 133 mln. BGN, VAT exluded.
The opened price offers are of the following bidders:
- Consortium Hemus – Ludogorie, with participants: Trace Group Hold AD, Patishta i mostove EOOD and Patno stroitestvo AD – 129 985 000 BGN, VAT excluded;
- DZZD Hemus 16320, with participants Infra expert EOOD. Patengineeringstroy-T EAD, Avtomagistrali – Cherno more AD and Transconsult-22 OOD – 119 785 000 BGN, VAT excluded;
- Consortium Geopat Belokopitovo, with participants Geostroy AD and Patstroy 92 AD – 117 456 958,55 BGN, VAT exluded;
- Hemu Iztok-2016 DZZD, with participants PST Group and ORS Infrastructura OOD – 99 992 000 BGN, VAT excluded.
The motorway section will be with two lanes in each direction, two emergency stop lanes, central dividing strip, guiding strips and shoulders. It is foreseen the construction of 6 viaducts, road junction for link with road III-5102 Mirovets – Pevets, new link with road I-4 Shumen – Targovishte at Belokopitovo road junction, bridge and 11 crossings with farm roads.
The term for “Preparation of detailed design and construction (engineering) of site Hemus motorway, section from km 310+940 to km 327+260“, is 910 days.
