The Opened Price Offers for the Construction of Nearly 10 km of Hemus Motorway between Yablanitsa and Boaza are 10
The opened price offers for the design and the construction of 9,3 km of Hemus Motorway – the section between Yablanitsa and Boaza are 10 in number. The indicative value of the public procurement is 80 million BGN exclusive of VAT. The Project will be implemented by funds from the national budget under Programme “New Construction” of Road Infrastructure Agency.
The opened price offers of the admitted Tenderers are of:
- DZZD Hemus VERDE, which the following participate in: Avtomagistrali - Tcherno More AD and Patproekt EOOD – 74 323 414,73 BGN w/o VAT;
- Consortium AM Hemus Strabag GBS 2016 DZZD, which the following are in: GBS Infrastructure Construction AD and Strabag AG – Niederlassung Bulgarien – 74 910 698,18 BGN w/o VAT;
- PSТ Group EAD – 62 849 000 BGN w/o VAT;
- Joint venture Geopat – Hemus, with participants: Geostroy AD and Patstroy - 92 AD – 59 996 008,80 BGN w/o VAT;
- ISA 2000 EOOD – 77 922 140,57 BGN w/o VAT;
- Joint venture AM Hemus 1 – 2016 DZZD, which the following are participants in: Assignia Infrastructuras AD, AB AD, Mega Invest Hold EOOD – 54 643 900 BGN w/o VAT;
- HVP Yablanitsa DZZD, which the following are in: Hydrostroy AD, Vodstroi 98 AD and Patstroy Burgas EOOD – 54 990 000 BGN w/o VAT;
- Trace Group Hold AD– 58 980 003 BGN w/o VAT;
- AKTORAER, with participants: Aktor AD, Atomenergoremont AD – 78 928 571,42 BGN w/o VAT;
- DZZD Stroiteli AM Hemus, with participants: Integrated Building Systems EOOD, Interprom LTD, TODINI CENTRAL ASIA OOD and Transconsult-22 OOD – 58 253 541,61 BGN w/o VAT.
The motorway section will be with two traffic lanes in a direction of 4 m, two lanes for stopping of 3 m, a middle dividing strip – 2 m, leading strips and shoulders.
The construction of 5 agricultural subways, 2 agricultural overpasses as well as a subway at the municipal road Brestnitsa – Saeva Dupka is foreseen. A stage connection will also be built up at kilometer 87+600 with road I-4 Koritna – Belokopitovo for design speed 60 km/h.
The term for execution of the public procurement “Development of a technical design and construction (engineering) of Hemus Motorway, section from km 78+500 to km 87+800“ is 910 days. The criterion for evaluation of the tenders is the economically most advantageous offer.
