The Price Proposals for Rehabilitation of 46 km of the Old Sections of Trakia Motorway Are Opened
The price proposals in the open two public procurements for the rehabilitation of a total of 46.4 km of the old sections of Trakia Motorway were opened. The tender procedures are lot 27А and lot 27В of Transit Roads V Program. The indicative value of the projects is 50 million Euro.
The design and rehabilitation of over 32 km of Trakia Motorway are in Lot 27А. The sections are at the exit of Sofia and on the territory of the region of Parazdzhik. The procurement includes: section 1 – performance of design and rehabilitation of Trakia Motorway (Sofia – Plovdiv) from km 5+500 to km 10+000 – left-hand carriageway and from km 5+500 to km 10+000 – right-hand carriageway; section 2 - Rehabilitation of Trakia Motorway (Sofia – Plovdiv) – from km 63+000 to km 90+200 – right-hand carriageway and from km 62+500 to km 90+200 – left-hand carriageway, inclusive of the associated road connections of road junctions Tserovo, Kalugerovo and Gelemenovo. The indicative value of the procurement for lot 27А is 30 million Euro.
The open 7 price proposals for lot 27А are of:
- ISA 2000 EOOD – total value 26 284 455,20 Euro exclusive of VAT;
- DZZD REHABILITATION TRAKIA 2014, with participants: PST HOLDING EAD, PONSTROYENGINEERING EAD, TRANSCONSULT – 22 LTD - total value 24 540 935,63 Euro exclusive of VAT;
- Lena Enzhenyariya and Konshtrusoysh AD Portugal - total value 28 823 071,00 Euro exclusive of VAT;
- GBS INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION AD - total value 26 813 936,00 Euro exclusive of VAT;
- CONSORTIUM PAM - I PATISHTA, with participants: PATSTROY 92 AD, AVTOMAGISTRALI HEMUS AD, PATISHTA AD – town of Pazardzhik - total value 27 829 173,26 Euro exclusive of VAT;
- TRACE GROUP HOLD AD - total value 26 481 576,43 Euro exclusive of VAT;
- DZZD APP LOT 27А, with participants: AGROMAH EOOD, PATISHTA PLOVDIV AD – town of Plovdiv, ECO – HYDRO – 90 LTD - total value 27 164 025,15 Euro exclusive of VAT.
The rehabilitation of 14.4 km of Trakia Motorway is in Lot 27В. They are on the territory of the region of Plovdiv. The section from km 119+200 to km 133+600, as well as of all the big facilities and connections of the road junctions: road junction Benkovski, Plovdiv – Zapad (West), Plovdiv – Sever (North) and Plovdiv – Iztok (East) are in this Project. The indicative value for Lot 27В is 20 million Euro.
The opened4 Price Proposals for Lot 27В are of:
- CONSORTIUM PAM – II PATISHTA - PAZARDZHIK, with participants: PATSTROY 92 AD, AVTOMAGISTRALI HEMUS AD and PATISHTA AD, town of Pazardzhik – total value 13 251 023,13 Euro exclusive of VAT;
- DZZD TRAKIA – INFRA, with participants: INTEGRIRANI PATNI SYSTEMI AD, INFRASTRUCTURE COMPANY AD and STANILOV EOOD - total value 12 877 905,64 Euro exclusive of VAT;
- DZZD ISA-TRACE, with participants: ISA 2000 EOOD and TRACE GROUP HOLD AD - total value 14 406 740,80 Euro exclusive of VAT;
- PST HOLDING EAD - total value 13 203 043,09 Euro exclusive of VAT.
The criterion for selection of a Contractor under the two Projects is the economically most advantageous tender. The term for the execution of the public procurement is up to 18 months, after signing the Contract with the selected Constructor.
