The Validity of Annual Vignettes for 2016 Expires Today
The validity of the annual vignettes for 2106 expires today – January, 31st 2017. The prices for all types of stickers remain unchanged and are the same as last year. The annual vignette for light vehicles is 97 BGN, the monthly one – 30 BGN, and the weekly one – 15 BGN. At their purchase the drivers should request a cash receipt note, with the registration number of the motor vehicle entered in it, which should be preserved. Vignettes are sold in over 2 500 distribution points. 372 of them work around the clock.
These are the big petrol stations, the “Bulgarian Posts” offices, the Regional Road Administrations and the Border Control Checkpoints. There are over 3,5 million vignettes in the distribution network at the moment, 1,8 million of which are the annual ones for light vehicles.
635 646 of the various types of vignettes for 2017 have been sold up to now. 453 460 of them are annual ones for light vehicles. The tendency in the sale of the various types of stickers in January is preserved as it has been observed in the last few years. The accrued revenue amounts to 59 987 591 BGN. 6 807 791 were sold in 2016, of which 1 829 632 annual ones for light vehicles. The accrued revenue amounts to 326 858 963 BGN.
181 865 gratuitous annual vignettes at the value of 17 640 905 BGN were provided to the “Social Assistance” Directorates so far. 210 904 stickers for 20 457 688 BGN were provided in 2016.
